I think this because the 2017 tax bill made the coverage and affordability more expensive for those who really benefited off of the ACA since ACA’s purpose was to make insurance affordable. So this means more people already do not have health insurance. I do not believe that the government would ever reduce the cost of health insurance enough to where all families can afford it. We should not have to pay thousands of dollars a year just to protect the health and wellbeing of out families. This is a huge inconvenience for families who are less financially stable. Health care should be a basic human right and funded by the government.

For those who choose the medicare-for-all should pay the taxes towards it, but for those who choose the single-payer healthcare should not pay towards the medicare-for-all. Some families cannot afford a single-payer healthcare and sometimes depend on the government. It would not be fair towards them to not get a healthcare just cause they cannot afford it. Healthcare should be a human right.
