Jeanne Moreau was born in Paris on January 23, 1928, daughter of Anatole-Désiré Moreau, a French restaurateur, manager of a brasserie, and Katherine Buckley, an English dancer, native of Lancashire and of partly Irish origins[2][3 ]. After his childhood spent in Vichy, he returned to the capital where, unbeknownst to his parents, he began attending theater courses before entering the Paris Conservatoire.
In this same period the actress crossed the Atlantic to participate in some Hollywood production films. Of this American period he recalled with pleasure the attendance of various writers such as Henry Miller and Tennessee Williams. A first official recognition came from the Cannes Film Festival which in 1960 consecrated her as best actress for the film Moderato cantabile by Peter Brook. Other international titles such as Michelangelo Antonioni's La Notte (1961) or Joseph Losey's Eva (1962) confirmed her qualities as a rigorous and demanding actress, but also willing to place herself in the director's hands.

She was born in Blackheath, in a suburb of London to two Welsh professors from London University, who dreamed of a peaceful future as a teacher for her. Mary Quant studied at Goldsmiths College before becoming a fashion designer. At sixteen, however, he decides to leave home to experience the "bohème" in London. Here he met Alexander Plunket Greene, belonging to a noble English family and nephew of Bertrand Russell, who was also eager for freedom and extravagance. The two begin an amusing ménage: they eat when they have money, they travel as they can, they dress as they wish. Mary has a fondness for short skirts and ankle boots, Alexander suits. The two make friends with a former lawyer turned photographer, Archie McNair, and when Alexander inherits money for his 21st birthday, they decide, with McNair's help, to buy a house. In the basement they open a restaurant and on the first floor the Bazaar boutique (1955). The boutique is located on the Kings Road in London, and has immediate success among young people: they have finally found someone who thinks like them, who lives like them and who understands perfectly what they may like. The young people of the most conformist country in Europe are the first to feel the need for changes which, in order to break with tradition and gain attention, must necessarily be extreme. The break with the old world is represented by long hair for boys, short skirts for girls and the music of the Beatles.

Born in 1964 in the Umbrian village of Città di Castello, Bellucci originally followed a dream of entering the legal profession. Thus she attended Law at the University of Perugia, paying for her studies with modeling work. But in 1988, requested by Elite Model Management, she decided to abandon everything and move to Milan. After two years of fashion shows, during which she managed to achieve immense success, she was driven by her passion for acting to pursue a career as an actress.
Determined to become popular all over the world, she landed in Hollywood, where she made her debut in the role of one of "Dracula's women" in Bram Stoker's beautiful film Dracula (1992), directed by none other than Francis Ford Coppola. The love scene with Keanu Reeves will go down in horror cinema history as one of the most erotic sequences ever seen. Back in Italy, after some comedy, she was directed by Carlo Vanzina in I mitici (1994) and by Maurizio Nichetti in Palla di neve (1995).
Mixing beauty and skill, eroticism and motherhood, can give life to a highly popular hybrid. Monica Bellucci succeeds technically and with commendable mastery in narrating/allowing her characters to be imagined, taking off from the big screen and falling into us.

Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel was born on August 19, 1883 in a poorhouse in Saumur, to Henri-Albert Chanel and Jeanne De Volle. Gabrielle's father was a peddler who roamed the markets of Auvergne, in the mountains of southeastern France. The family soon moved to Issoire. Following the death of his wife in 1895, Albert took his five children with him to abandon them again at his mother's residence in Vichy.
The woman could not personally take care of the children and the two boys, Lucien and Alphonse, were therefore sent to work on a farm. The three Chanel sisters, on the other hand, were entrusted to the nuns of the congregation of the Sacred Heart, at the orphanage of the Aubazine Abbey. The nuns taught little Gabrielle to sew; in the Chanel collections, in fact, one can perceive the influence of the years of life at the convent. Gabrielle began to sew little things out of nun's stuff she'd found around the orphanage, thus creating clothes for the unique little dolls she played with. »
