         <description><![CDATA[<div>Students have easy access to the internet and others work all of the time.  Also, getting caught for plagiarism does not happen nearly as often as it occurs. Lastly, I believe most students have become lazy and addicted to using the internet to get school work done quickly.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think students need to be better educated on how to use the internet properly.  The internet is a very helpful tool in the learning process, but can easily be used the wrong way.</div>]]></description>
