The problem is it was an involvement of more like another one of the kids opposed to being a parent. He was extremely too lenient with zero parenting structure. He teaches his kids by leading with example, teaching by giving responsibility, and properly correcting incorrect or unacceptable actions or behavior with valuable lessons that are understandable by adolescents and easy to grasp by even the most feeble minds. He is not excessively controlling but yet he is also not excessively lenient.
