This is because despite Germany and the Soviet Union signing the the Non-Aggresion Pact that was supposed to last for ten years, Germany did not abide by the rules and regulations and just went on with his plan on invading Poland. 
2)Everybody says that Hitler triggered WWII but i think that Britain and France are responsible. Thia is because despite Hitler doing all this cruel stuff and not being trustworthy, the allies did not stand up to him or confront him as they were scared that Hitler might do something to them.
