  • Check Speaker Schedule - ask them for a few dates/times that could possibly work.

  • Verify there are no major conflicts already on schedule and pick a date.

  • Schedule weekly touch points with your speakers to keep them on track for content planning, marketing updates, etc. (if no updates, then meeting can be cancelled)

  • Schedule a meeting with MarCom to see what can be done to promote (graphic, social media, website, podcast, newsletter, etc.)
