If user wish to compare prices and have a complex itinerary, customer search flight via OTA. OTA get flight info from GDS. GDS use three sources to find matching option

Compare to select a ticket from airline website, select form OTA is hard to make adjustment or initiating cancellation

System collect personal information to generate PNR, it record up to 999 elements, but 5 elements is mandatory. include passenger name, flight itinerary, passenger contact, ticketing, and the last person who made change.
If user booking a flight via OTA, it send PNR to GDS. GDS generate a record locator (6 character code). Other elements in PNR can be the seat, food, hotel, etc.

Third party of payment gateway offer payment and safety transaction to customers
OTA sent a query to airline reservation system(GDA) to check is the flight still available

In the first group discussion, each of us shared our views and ideas and asked the other two group members to judge whether it was reasonable. We list the stakeholders involved in the system and discuss them. However, teleconferencing is not as efficient as a live meeting. We need to meet many times, so we have at least two or three meetings a week. In this team work, the problem we encountered was that the team members sent messages in the group chat, and we could not reply promptly. Our three team members were in Sydney, Macao and Shandong respectively.
