Health Area Focus: ELL/Homeless or marginally homeless - increasing assessments and connections to services needed in the community.

Health Area Focus: We will focus on conducting Comprehensive Health Assessments on our ELL, Homeless, and Marginally Homeless students to identify any existing gaps in healthcare and collaborating with families and community partners to address those gaps to positively impact health outcomes.

Health Area Focus: Dental Awareness. To provide dental education to all parents and guardians to promote dental care for all students through the use of their own providers, the Mobile Dentist, and referrals to new providers.

District Demographic Group: This CQI project didn't collect student data. NRSD's student body of 3051 is predominantly white, non-Hispanic (81.8%)
