I believe the special things for LNF's work is the time when they started as a band. Because as they said they started during pandemic, so they had pretty difficulties to practice and meet each other as a musician. But same time, their struggling emotions make it more special since these emotional stuff especially struggling for their works, and loneliness for pandemic effect their lyrics and even production. For example, their masterpiece, Fun Lust Love is talking about their enjoy of music as they mentioned. I feel their inspiration also came from they reminded the importance of music for themselves during pandemic. One of their song, "PAGI RAYA" also reflected how they looked back on the meaning of Hari Raya. I think the keyword is "nostalgic"and "empathize". If I focus the production, their songs are totally 90s disco pop and the song grab the heart for that generation people. Currently the city pop songs really goes viral, and their songs, especially the drums really give the vibes of it so they grab the heart for also young people. But if I focus the lyrics, their expression is pretty good as empathize an audience because their songs are created during pandemic and they are effected about that. Because all of us experienced sadness, loneliness, and struggling emotion during pandemic, so we really can empathize for their song very easily.
