         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. On pages 6-7 of your booklet you researched your allocated herb/vegetable. This week we will be creating a plant tag for your plant.<br><br>2. Go to pg 16 (Design Task 3) and read the information.<br><br>3. The two cooking tasks were the stuffed potato and the meal of your choice.<br><br>If you have soil and a plant at home - you can plant it in your planter.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Check out Mr Muller's spud challenge by clicking on the link below<br><br>https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-a1dC139T5W6HcytDR_HfiR0nicubk9K/view<br><br><strong>Recipe</strong> (to make this page bigger you can expand this page)<br>Ingredients</div><div>Serves 2</div><ul><li>2 large potatoes</li><li><br>2 tablespoons butter or margarine</li><li><br>4 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese</li><li><br>2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese</li><li><br>2 teaspoons of fresh chives</li><li><br>1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste</li><li><br>3 teaspoons sour cream</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Method:</strong></div><div><br></div><ol><li>Wash and scrub the potatoes and prick several times with the tines of a fork. Place on a microwave safe plate.</li><li>Cook on full power in the microwave for 6 minutes. Carefully turn potatoes over with tongs and continue to cook for 6 more minutes.</li><li>When the potato is soft remove from the microwave and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop the cooked potato from the centre of the potato carefully with a small spoon, keeping potato skins intact.</li><li>Place cooked potato and butter in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, then mash up using a fork. Meanwhile, arrange the grill tray so it is on the lowest rung, covered in foil and preheat to medium.</li><li>Spoon the mashed potato back inside the potato skins. Top the open sides with cheeses and chives.</li><li>Place potato on plate and grill until cheese is melted.
