         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>In the early hours of April 15, 1812, a luxury steamship had sank, off the Newfoundland in North Atlantic. The ship sank by sideswiping an iceberg during it's maiden voyage. Of the 2,240 passengers and crew-mates on board, more than 1.500 had lost their lives due the shipwreck.   </div>]]></description>
