I would use UDL to help my students feel welcomed in my classroom by incorporating different cultures into my lesson plans. I would also give my students the freedom to choose how they want to work (i.e., if they're going to work with music, by themselves, or with a group), and it would allow me to get to know my students and what I can do to help them succeed.
I can use OER as a tool to provide my students with free books and websites relating to my lessons that extra support them in understanding the class.
