      <description>Since 2016, Dr. Jordan Pleitz has served as a staff physician and section chief in Division of Otolaryngology with the Baylor Scott &amp; White Medical Center in Round Rock, Texas. In addition to treating patients with swallowing disorders and hearing loss, he performs surgeries related to head and neck cancer. Dr. Jordan Pleitz holds a concurrent position as clinical assistant professor with the Texas A&amp;M Health Science Center College of Medicine.

Dr. Pleitz earned a summa cum laude bachelor of arts in biology from Baylor University, where he received the Baylor Achievement Scholarship and was a member of the Alpha Chi Honor Society. He then received a medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and spent five years as a resident physician with the University of Kentucky Department of Otolaryngology.

Dr. Pleitz maintains membership in the Texas Medical Association and the American Academy of Otolaryngology. When he is not working, he enjoys cooking, exercising, and reading.
