By drawing an analogy that private associations have the right to admit people to membership, but the discretion to exclude, therefore a legitimate state has rights to exclude all outsiders as well.  There are some arguments/ critiques from freedom of association. In one aspect, what connects the self determining community to a particular territory, such that the state representing that community is entitled to control who has access to the territory?  Also, even if citizens have an interest in maintaining associative ownership, it remains an open question as to whether they have a corresponding moral right.

In this protest, the Purpose of the Chinese people is clear: to safeguard the dignity of the Chinese nation on the premise of peace between China and Japan.  This seems to be a fight between some Chinese people and Japanese hotel groups, but in reality it is a fight with Japanese right-wing forces.  Although the demonstrators did their best to avoid disturbing residents and businesses, holding only hand signs and banners, police intervened to stop Japanese right-wingers, rather than those associated with the hotel, from running into the crowd.

Violence is not limited to verbal violence and sexual harassment， but widespreadly it is reflected in the unequal treatment of female workers, which people have become accustomed to. Female health care workers are acquiesced not to have the ability of male staff, and get few promotion opportunities. Because women were acquiesced to be vulnerable from the beginning, rights were naturally held in the hands of men.The lack of power makes the violence become blatant and gradually popularized. Women who realize that they are oppressed choose to leave because they can't resist effectively, while the women who accept their weakening stay. This is the problem of adverse selection.
Additonally, on the issue of public calls for an end to violence against female health care workers, I find that many people like to raise the issue to the whole health care group, but this obscures the underlying gendered power dynamics. The political emancipation of the state and the alienation and oppression within the society constitute the contradictions that are difficult to transcend in the bourgeois society. Abolishing religious belief cannot fundamentally solve the conflicts between people of different religions.

The state has no power as it is called, and its power is given or stolen from society. The superstition of the state makes the social power be transformed into the state power, which is actually due to political backwardness.
