         <description><![CDATA[<div>René Descartes was a philosopher and mathematician during the early 17th century. Descartes had a rough childhood having lost his mother at the age of 1 and being born with poor medical condition {(0, -6) to (0.6265, -9.168)}. Descartes’s father sent Descartes to college at the age of 8. There Descartes studied rhetoric, logic, and mathematical arts {(0.6265, -9.168) to (1.2109, -7.288)}. René Descartes never got married but he did have one child, who caught a bad fever and died at the age of 5.  Descartes then died of pneumonia because of his medical conditions when he was born {(1.2109, -7.288) to negative infinity}.</div>]]></description>
