Encourage an integral part of the learning process learners have to encourage students to find their goals, I believe every teachers have experience of learning they were 12 years in primary and secondary school was student and yet in university according to their life in academic they have many teachers have a good learner, and also some of them have a bad learner the student can’t understand of them  only need doo one things that is criteria point it is do the same things and ways as a good teachers were they did and don’t do same mistake were the bad teachers did.

The term learning environment encompasses learning resources and technology, means of teaching, modes of learning, and connections to societal and global contexts. The term also includes human behavioral and cultural dimensions, including the vital role of emotion in learning, and it requires us to examine and sometimes rethink the roles of teachers and students. The focus on information technology in education is expanding from the enhancement of learning spaces to include factors beyond hardware, software, and the network. The learning environment is a composite of human practices and material systems, much as ecology is the combination of living things and the physical environment.

Important things in learning process we have to not neglect are psychological environment of learning including these (respect, Relationship, trust, safety, support ……), all of them are very necessity in our society, but I want to say my opinion about both respect and trust because I think both of them is more important I had many friends left school because they did not feel respect one of them good boy, he was disrespected by him friends and teachers, in our secondary school one student was blind he felt little but those around him felt more than that instead of not leaving that feeling.

    We take the first assessment from video (the skill of self confidence dr. ivan joseph tedx ryersonu) we prepared first presentation Group (G1) about confidence from one from this video we take some information about confidence, and we searched from internet to collect information and prepared good presentation consist of definition of self confidence, types of self confidence, lessons from the video and steps to build self confidence. I think for nowadays self confidence is very important for everyone and we must know about how build self confidence it has some points 

1-Stop Comparing Yourself to Others (everyone have special environment, Idea and so on. Dale Carnegie say (imitation is kill yourself) I believe this speak it is true everyone have a special   power different from others you can invention another different way for success.

2-Surround Yourself with Positive People: Our surround (friend, family. Other people…) directly affect our idea , if positive our idea will be positive if negative our idea will change to negative …….

3-Be Kind To Yourself : some time after breakdown in your life , he or she always tell himself my mistake at the same time may be another effect do it, important things in our life we must start soon fall for achieve our goal. One businessman after bankruptcy he cannot do buy shows for himself and he decide to kill himself and he thinking about killing process at that time one man he said as a nice smile : how are you? Today is a nice day that is true! The man thinking I have not shoes im sad! When he doesn’t have feet, he decide to star new business and he borrowed some money and he success from his life.

4-Practice Positive Self-Talk it is very important for everyone he or she remembering him or herself  the success point in life when he was success and avoid remembering bad or fall point in his life .

5-Face Your Fears . some time we afraid to breakdown in starting any job but must be a brave to good decision   for starting without fearing.

6-Take Care of Your Body: it is one another important point for starting and continues in life good healthy.
