Have the TPA fall away if you get a 4 for the following year. If 5 then two years. Incentives for not missing school days, financial or getting days off at the end of the year once duties and responsibilities have been fulfilled.

Listen. use the new positions as lead/resource teachers to actively find out best practice and encourage sharing. not EDM sharing and leading but facilitate the daily leaders of teaching and learning. the CLAs have been great this year because of that.
