我一直相信，教育的本質是愛與耐心的延伸。作為一位女性教師，我特別注重用溫柔與關懷去陪伴每一位孩子的成長。在教學過程中，我重視與學生之間的互動與理解，期望能建立一個充滿尊重、信任與學習動力的環境，讓孩子們在自在中學習，在鼓勵中進步。

在教學上，我不僅著重知識的傳授，也鼓勵學生培養獨立思考與創造力。我相信每一位學生都有屬於自己的節奏與亮點，只要給予適當的引導與支持，他們都能綻放出獨特的光彩。

除了課堂教學，我也持續精進自己的專業能力，參與各類教學研習與課程，希望透過不斷的學習，讓自己成為一位與時俱進、具備深度與溫度的好老師。

I truly believe that education is an extension of love and patience. As a female educator, I place great importance on guiding students with kindness and care. In my teaching, I focus on building positive interactions and mutual understanding with my students, aiming to create a learning environment that is respectful, supportive, and motivating—where children can learn freely and grow with confidence.

My teaching goes beyond delivering knowledge; I encourage students to think independently and explore their creativity. I believe that every student has their own pace and unique potential. With the right guidance and encouragement, each of them can shine in their own way.
