This test is daunting, however needed to get into Physical Therapy school, so it's a must! In order to become a licensed physical therapist, you must pass the NPTE, which is given by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT). It is a computer-administered exam that consists of 250 multiple-choice questions split into five sections. It is scored on a scale of 200–800 (scoring a 600 or above is considered passing).
