As Senior Project Officer (Projects & Innovation), you will play a vital role in supporting the NCCPE’s innovation work, helping to deliver projects that test new approaches to public engagement and drive sector-wide change. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider team, you will coordinate project activities, manage budgets and logistics, liaise with funders and partners, and contribute to evaluation and reporting. You will also support the design and facilitation of events, communications, and stakeholder engagement, helping to ensure our work is inclusive, impactful, and well-connected across the sector.

I understand that this role is currently advertised as office-based, two days per week, in line with UWE policy. I wanted to ask whether there is any scope for this role to move to working remotely in the longer term (for example, following probation and once delivery, relationships, and trust are well established), or whether the two-day on-campus requirement would remain fixed for the duration of the contract.
