Our 14/15 year old certification program will allow 14/15 year olds access to our fitness room. No one under the age of 16 may enter our fitness room regardless of parental supervision.

14 & 15 year olds can become certified through this class and will be given a card with their 16th birthday date on the card. After this date the teen will no longer be required to hold this card when they use the fitness room. 

Certification classes will be on Thursday evenings starting at 6:30 pm. A youth fitness instructor will give your youth a quick tour of the fitness room and tutorial on how to use the equipment. We will also provide handouts that you and your teen will need to go over together.

*14/15 year old youth will need be accompanied by an adult.

*16 + years old youth do not need to be accompanied by an adult.
