         <description><![CDATA[<div>정의: 수소 등의 연료와 산소의 화학 반응으로 전기 에너지를 얻는 장치<br>장점: 효율이 높고, 용량 조절이 가능하며, 다양한 연료를 사용할 수 있다.<br>배출 물질이 친환경 물질에 가깝고, 계속해서 충전이 가능하다.<br>화학에너지가 전기에너지로 바로 변환되기에 소음과 진동이 적다.<br>확학 반응을 바탕으로 하기 때문에 전기에너지 뿐만 아니라 열에너지도 같이 생산된다.<br>단점: 배출된 수소의 저장이나 운반의 문제, 촉매의 성능 저하가 있을 수 있고, 연료로 순수 물질이 사용되지 않을 경우 전해질이 독성을 가질 수 있다.<br>국내/외 작용 사례 및 현황: 이동형 기기 및 발전 용도로 사용<br>우주선이나 잠수함의 동력원으로 사용<br>비상용 전원, 보조전원, 독립형 분산전원 등의 분야에 활용.<br>앞으로 전망: 전기 자동차 등의 분야에서 연료전지를 대체 에너지원으로 사용함으로써, 널리 쓰여 전기자동차의 보급을 가속화시키고, 환경문제를 해결할 수 있을 것이다.</div>]]></description>
