My 7-day challenge was honestly kind of fun. The challenge I got was to drink a glass of plain full-cream Ultra Milk every night before I sleep. I thought it'd be a bit hard since I usually drink the strawberry version. However, it turned out that it didn't taste that bad. I was able to get through it fairly easily. Even though I don't think I'll be drinking plain Ultra Milk again, it was a fun experience and allowed me to try something new.

The new experience from the challenge given to me was quite exciting and beneficial, to be honest. I received a challenge to "take a bath after the Fajr prayer." Initially, I wasn't used to it because it was quite cold to take a bath at that time. However, after completing the challenge for the first day, I started to feel more comfortable with it. So far, the challenge has provided a positive impression and has been beneficial to train my self-discipline and self-management.
Good Challenge that offers to me :)

So, when my nice and generous friend gave me this challenge, it made me feel nervous. I don't think that I can beat this challenge.

The first day is always the hardest. It's hard to keep myself awake after Fajr prayer. But I have to force myself to stay awake, so I can read Quran.

On the second day, I still need to force myself awake. But it's not as hard as the first day.

Third day onward, it's not hard, it's easy actually. I'm already getting used to it.

If you keep your mind to it, it's actually not that hard to do simple things such as stay awake in the morning and do some activity besides sleeping, and it can also make you feel more refreshed.

-Atha

I was challenged to not eat indomie for a week. Everyone knows indomie is a main food source for Indonesians. That's too easy; what could possibly go wrong? In the first 2 days, everything felt normal; nothing changed, and I survived. On the third day, however, I came across the perfect situation for eating indomie in the canteen. It was an opportunity, but not a rare one. I can't do anything about it, so I hold myself back. And when the weekend comes, it's a real challenge for me because of the breezy weather. I nearly failed, but I managed to stop myself once again. The next day, I succeeded in this challenge, and I felt amazing. I'm proud of myself.

Doing push-ups every day is useful because I'm still growing, so push-ups add to the muscle mass that I have now. push-ups can also facilitate daily activities because it makes us fitter

-viqar 🥳
