My house was still very quiet as i rolled out of bed and looked outside. It was the last day of school before spring break, misty with rain and not that warm as i expected. I grabbed all my bags and lugged them downstairs as emily texted me, “I'm on my way” I said my goodbyes and got in the car. Emily's mom, Emily, and I were headed to the airport to get on the 9 o'clock plane to florida to meet the rest of her family there. We got past security and waited for our flight to be called over the speaker that we could start boarding. I still remember the warm feeling i got when we landed and walked out the florida airport doors into warm fresh air. We took a 45 minute uber to her grandmas condo in st petersburg. Right when the car pulled up we ran out and went straight to the beach. Three days later was Easter and we went to church really early in the morning  and then had a huge breakfast. I got a ginormous  stack on pancakes and ate every single one of them. After that we all needed a big nap so we wouldn't be tired for dinner. That night we had the best Easter dinner.
