It is only found in girls and what causes this is, is that they were born with only one X chromosome, it’s not the parents fault, it’s just a random error when the reproductive cells where being formed. The condition can be treated, just not cured. Some symptoms are short stature, delayed puberty, infertility, heart defects, and certain learning disabilities.Treatments for short stature is growth hormones and if they want to become pregnant there are vitro fertilization and hormonal therapy. For heart defects, they can receive cardiac surgery.
