There are cases where double booking may happen and we aren't able to use the facilities.

Booking of other facilities other than study rooms are difficult as some facilities can only be booked when connected to school WIFI e.g. jamming room

Some students just make use of facilities without booking and when others have booked it, they will produce a "faked" notice to get pass it.

People leave their belongings without supervision at certain places (especially at food centers).
It is good but that will be troublesome as we need our pass to access everywhere or sometimes only lecturers are allowed to access but when the lecturers are late, hallway or corridor will be jammed

Students scan the table to verify that the table is occupied
They can order and pay for their food by clicking on the order button
As they're leaving, students will signal(through the app or manually) for the cleaners to clean their tables. The cleaner will then scan the table QR code to confirm that they have left
