I have problem with work organization. I often get overload and forgetful whenever I have such heavy workload. Therefore, I need to actively remind myself by mobile apps and someone who can advise me with the priority-work and organization.

"My first problem is the probation time happens when I have my half & end-semester tests so that I can't attend all the induction series :<< including the ReCo.
The second struggle is my lack of experience in skill. Because of that I hope that there will be a mentor who can guide me.
My last problem is I find it hard to concentrate in one thing for about a week and more. So that, I think it going to be better if I have someone to encourage and maybe a liitle bit force me to work. "

I think I would be so confused and lost when it comes to working tools so I will need some guidance at this point. Moreover, I find myself an introvert, so it will be kinda hard for me to connect to everyone.

Em nghĩ rằng em sẽ có một bất lợi lớn khi không tham gia được Induction 1 vậy nên việc em bắt kịp từ các buổi sau sẽ đòi hỏi lớn. Ngoài ra em cũng hơi sợ việc mình là burden nếu có vài thông tin mà buổi Induction 1 mà em không hay biết hic. Ngoài ra thú thật thì em cảm thấy do cũng vài newbie cũng có ít nhiều chia sẻ gì đó từ các oldies trong AIESEC từ trước, mà em thì không quen ai cả nên kiến thức của em cũng hơi ít xíu so với các bạn nhưng em sẽ nỗ lực lĩnh hội ở các buổi Induction ạ!!

Em khá "chậm nhiệt" nên buổi gặp gỡ đầu tiên có thể khá ngại ngùng và chưa có nhiều chuyện để nói. Vì vậy em nghĩ mình cần nhiều thời gian để trò chuyện và thấu hiểu hơn, khi đó em cảm thấy an toàn và tự tin thể hiện bản thân. Ngoài ra em cũng chưa chắc chắn về vị trí phù hợp với mình ạ.

Em là một người khá cởi mở, hòa đồng nên em thích kết bạn, giao lưu, có lẽ đó không phải là khó khăn của em. Em nghĩ mình sẽ gặp nhiều vấn đề ở trong khả năng tiếp nhận thông tin mới, và đặc biệt là em cũng là một người ít kinh nghiệm chuyên môn ví dụ như về việc lên kế hoạch tổ chức sự kiện,... Hơn nữa em cũng hay bị áp lực khi thấy các bạn khác quá giỏi. Nên em nghĩ là em cần một sự củng cố, động viên tinh thần và một định hướng rõ ràng để có thể vượt qua những khó khăn trên ạ.

Mình là một người khá hướng nội và khó để thích nghi nhanh với môi trường mới. Đôi lúc mình cảm thấy khó khăn trong việc làm quen với bạn mới (thực ra là vì mình không biết nên bắt chuyện như nào và nói chuyện như nào cho phù hợp á), vì vậy mà có những lúc mình khá thụ động và khó khăn trong việc giải quyết vấn đề liên quan đến việc giao tiếp ở một môi trường mới.
