Many things can happen to us making space travel and exploration very dangerous. 
One thing is that there is zero gravity in space, and that our bodies aren't used to this low capacity of gravity so it changes our shape. Another thing is there is a possibility of unstable mutation happening to us. One more thing is that there is no oxygen in space and so that takes a toll on us too.
But luckily, there might just be a way that we may survive in space. There are two ways that are the most predicable. One is that over time our bodies will evolve to live in space, but the problem with this is that this could take millions of years. The other is that scientists could try to change our DNA to allow us to survive in space.

Countries from all over the planet worked on this massive space station together.
Every day scientists from all around the world are working on experiments in space on the ISS.

Beyond our solar system is vast nothingness, at least to our knowledge. We haven't explored beyond the solar system. Our solar system is a galaxy, and the there are many galaxies in a universe, and it seems to go beyond that too.
Every day, we are learning more and more about space every day on the ISS and other things.
In outer space, there is no gravity, and no air. So thats why we have space suits.
