         <description><![CDATA[<div>Understanding the difference can take some time.  Allowing the students to work at their own pace and offering them options allows them to get excited a subject because it's not the same ol' thing every time.  Some students prefer to learn in the peace and quite of their home, so why not give them the option to do that.  Some students would rather learn through a video rather than reading an article, why not allow them to do that if it benefits them?</div>]]></description>
