Climate change has been exacerbated by many things, including but not limited to: deforestation, burning fossil fuels, decomposition of waste in landfills, and oil drilling. We have already seen some effects, and it seems to be only the tip of the iceberg. Some things that can be attributed to climate change are: melting glaciers and sea ice, sea level rise, and global temperature changes. In the future, climate change will likely include: even more of a rise in temperature, longer seasons, changes in weather patterns, the Arctic could become ice free, and reduction in agricultural yields.

The cause of the warming is the increase in the concentration of atmospheric greenhouse gases. Naturally occurring gasses in the atmosphere help trap heat from the sun and maintain the warmth we need to survive, but human activity has been increasing these levels at an alarming rate. Activities that contribute involve: burning fossil fuels, logging/burning of forests, irresponsible manufacturing practices, decomposition of garbage, irresponsible farming practices, etc. There are a myriad of negative effects the Earth experiences but most notable IMO is the  ocean acidifying as it absorbs carbon, threatening the entire food chain. Our sustenance is also threatened, as changes in precipitation will further affect farming. As glaciers melt, rising sea levels will displace populations while less food is available to feed vulnerable populations.

It is important to understand that climate change is a natural occurrence for our planet, as it has gone through different climate changes throughout its life. However this does not mean we should contribute carelessly or blindly to it. For this is our home and we have nowhere else not go.

Studies have shown that about 90% of heat gained by the planet was brought in from the ocean. The ocean has a great amount of heat capacity, which is why some organisms including causing coral reefs to die. Ocean is a big help considering it absorbs about a third of carbon in the atmosphere. 
Air pollution kills and affects more then 10 million people a year. Asia and Africa are being affected since they are dealing with poor air qualities and will most likely continue to deal with this for many years.

However, now that a large portion of the world has been industrialized, some places for centuries, human activity produces more heat than can be adequately be taken care of by the atmosphere. This heat is increases temperatures which will begin to melt the ice caps, and the weather begins to change too. The earth has been inhabited by humans for a very long time, but the earth wasn't intended to be inhabited by billions of people, covered in metal boxes fuming gas into the air, and factories producing endless amount of waste in the air. Planet earth definitely will recover from climate change, but she doesn't not care if we stay along for the ride. So we need to do out best to reverse it before it is too late to go back.

Humans are the main reason for climate change because we cause massive amounts of air pollution and ocean pollution due to excessive amounts of trash and waste as well as the burning of fossil fuels (coal, oil, and gas). Due to overpopulation, supply and demand has gone way up, causing more of these fuels to be burned every single day. Even as a global phenomenon, it impacts the most economically disadvantaged first, and is one of the many causes of the mass-migrations being made from the global south to first world countries. We also know that there's resistance from both poles on solving the issue, although the favor has always been towards the shareholding and ownership class of the fossil fuel industry and their cronies.

On the physical and scientific perspective, global warming manifests itself and is caused by a myriad of things. Namely, it involves the trapping of greenhouse gases - primarily carbons emitted by human industrial developments - into our atmosphere, heating the planet and changing its ecology. Once again, there's limitations to an explanation so simple, given all the many things to consider. With factors such as deforestation, global drought, and pollution caused by war to consider, solutions will need to be considered as a joint, global effort, in order to be successful and long-lasting.

Very hot weather in cold habitats and drastic changes throughout the world in weather. This can be due to air pollution, ocean pollution, factories, and the industrialized progression in the world. The fumes and gasses emitted into the air bring negative impact to the health of the Earth. It is a bit terrifying to me. I think implementing new safe western reactors in heavily coal burning places, i.e India and China is one of our the saving grace. Not to mention eradicated the sanctimonious money hungry multi multi billionaire Musk and his fan boys, from actively destroying our country with just putting more cars on the road, while reinvesting actual billions to fight the actual problem solving, like trains. IMO Americans top 5 public enemy, maybe even number one. Have the Teslas not a single good thing fo CA traffic congestion, no. Build trains, and start taking city transit/ infrastructure seriously is our only hope to a better cleaner America. But I know the auto makers and oil companies will not ever let it happen in my lifetime :(
