         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>longitudinal study- a study over a longer time period<br><br>attrition- when the subjects drop out of the study&nbsp;<br><br>Today we practiced identifying the independent and dependent variables from doing different types of activities, such as watching an experiment on youtube and doing a worksheet.<br><br>Cofounding variable is when there is another variable besides the independent variable that may affect the results of the experiment.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>I learned that there are 4 main ethics that experimenters must follow. Informed consent, (should be voluntary for the subject to agree to the experiment) protection from physical harm, ( don't expose the subjects to dangerous items and/or behaviors) keep info confidential, (keep subject's privacy) and debrief people about the experiment afterwards. (If experiment requires deception of the subjects, experimenters are required to explain it afterwards)</div>]]></description>

These college students are still left traumatized to this day because of the abuse they suffered in prison. It is especially important to understand that we must treat people with respect, as they're still human and not inanimate objects.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
