So the new struggle will be recruiting members, and finding a time that all can meet together, i.e. evenings, weekends. Which from Will's presentation this past summer, I know- this work shouldn't be easy- but at what cost to my own family also. We struggle to get people to attend meetings after hours also. I appreciate and understand where these changes are coming from, and we'll accept these new challenges, just voicing this is going to be a year long endeavor, at least, and feels like this will take all of our focus and energy vs strategy/context work.
