         <title>Movement</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Principle 1: When you exercise, you are less obese because you are losing calories and working your body to be stronger. When you exercise you also will live longer because you are doing more to help your body be healthier.</p><p><br></p><p>Principle 2: When you exercise, you get lots of benefits, some are long term and others are immediate. Some of those benefits are, balance and coordination, bone strength, healthy weight, cancer prevention, healthier heart, healthier brain, less anxiety, better sleep, and lower blood pressure.</p><p><br></p><p>Principle 3: When you exercise, you are less likely to get health conditions like heart disease, cancer, and osteoporosis because you are stronger and you have a better immune system.</p><p><br></p><p>The call: Run/walk a mile in 12 minutes.</p><p><br></p><p>Tiny habit answer: Run around yard for 3 minutes after feeding animals.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Circulation</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Principle 1: You need circulation to survive. Circulation is your blood flowing through your body and without it, we would not be strong or healthy. We might not even be alive without it. Some ways to help you to have better circulation is cardiovascular exercise, eating less salt, and not crossing your legs at the knee.</p><p><br/></p><p>Principle 2: If we don't have good circulation, we will not be strong enough and ready to handle the challenges of life. We will not be able to help others or speak the gospel because we will not be physically able to.</p><p><br/></p><p>Principle 3: If your blood pressure is too high, there can be tears in your interior wall becasue the extra strain and that causes the tear, then substances that respond to the inflammation like white blood cells collect around the tears narrowing the pipe and sometimes completely clogging it.</p><p><br/></p><p>The call: Do more cardiovascular exercise.</p><p><br/></p><p>Tiny habit answer: Go on a run or walk</p>]]></description>

         <title>Strength</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Principle 1: Delayed onset of muscle soreness (DOMS) is when you high intensely exercise and your muscles tear making them grow. It may seem annoying or like there is something wrong, but it is normal and it is just how your body builds stronger muscles.</p><p><br></p><p>Principle 2: Bone strength is so important because, it you have weak bones, they will break easily and cause you a lot of pain. Some things you can do to strengthen your bones are, getting calcium in your bones from greens and beans, exercising so that the calcium has somewhere to go (then it will actually go to your bones), get vitamin D; the best way to do that is getting it from the sun. </p><p><br></p><p>Principle 3: Resistance training is really good exercise because it is causing your muscles to contract against an opposing force making them stronger. The external resistance in resistance training can be dumbbells, rubber exercise, tubing, your own body weight, bricks, bottles of water, or any other object that causes the muscles to contract.</p><p><br></p><p>The call: Strengthen my bones with more calcium, more vitamin D, and resistance training.</p><p><br></p><p>Tiny habit answer: Do schoolwork outside to get more vitamin D.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Sleep</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Principle 1: Getting enough sleep is really important because there are four sleep cycles you go through when you sleep. It is important to go through each one multiple times a night. Children ages 4-12 months old should get 12-16 hours of sleep a day. Children ages 1-2 years old should be getting 11-14 hours of sleep a day. Children ages 3-5 years old should be getting 10-13 hours of sleep. Children ages 6-12 should be getting 9-12 hours of sleep a day. Children ages 13-17 years old should be getting 8-10 hours of sleep a day. Adults (ages 18+) should be getting 7+ hours of sleep a day.</p><p><br></p><p>Principle 2: People in the 21st century don't regard sleep how they should. They finish their book, tv show, sports game, video game, etc. instead of going to bed at a reasonable time. It is important to go to bed around the same time each night because it helps you sleep better having a routine.</p><p><br></p><p>Principle 3: You should go to sleep and wake up at around the same time every day because it helps you have a routine, be more organized, and it helps you sleep better.  You should also try to have a clean bedroom before you go to bed, be off screens 30 minuets to an hour before you go to bed, not eat eight before you go to bed, and have the sam bedtime ritual every day. Doing these things helps you be less stressed, they help you be more relaxed and because of that, you sleep better.</p><p><br></p><p>The call: Have the sam bedtime ritual every night and wake up close to around the same time each morning.</p><p><br></p><p>Tiny habit answer: Make and follow a bedtime ritual that will work most nights of the week and set my alarm for the same time every day.</p>]]></description>

         <title>The Immune System</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Principle 1: The immune system is there to protect you from illnesses and diseases. There is good bacteria that fights off and kills the bad bacteria that is trying to get into your body. Some times the defenses can completely kill it before it gets to you, but other times, it can get to you and make you sick.</p><p><br></p><p>Principle 2: Immunization is basically a vaccine. What they used to do is get a sample of someone's small pox scab an blow it up someone else's nose. When they do that, the person who got the vaccine or immunization gets the disease but it is not as severe and then, next time you get it, you body will know how to fight it off and you will not be sick because of it again.</p><p><br></p><p>Principle 3: Immunization against evil is so important because there is so much evil and smooch confusion in the world today. Satan is trying harder than he ever has to take people down the wrong path. We need to do all we can to fight against him and bring as many people as we can unto Christ. Something we can do to prevent the devil from tempting us is daily immersing ourselves in the book of Mormon. </p><p><br></p><p>The call: Read the book of Mormon and other scriptures daily, know that they are true, have a testimony that they are powerful and can change lives. Bring others unto Christ. Share the gospel. Be immunized against evil.When I go somewhere and get to interact with people , I can bare my testimony to them, I can share the truth with them. </p><p><br></p><p>Tiny habit answer: Do the spiritual thought for opening exercises at mutual.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Family Relationships</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Principle 1: Family relationships are a very important part of our live and Heavenly Father gave us families to help each other, love each other, care for each other. You can learn many things from your family, you can build a stronger testimony, and you can learn to be a better person when you are surrounded by people who love you and want to help you.</p><p><br></p><p>Principle 2: Sadly, People have misused their agency and have changed the meaning of marriage and what a true family looks like and how they treat each other. Families are being torn apart because of one person's bad decision. I you have a sick of rock and you take away the one on the bottom, they alll all down and they go every where. That is the same thing with families. If one parent leaves the whole family falls apart and it is not how God intended it to be. </p><p><br></p><p>Principle 3: The Family: A Proclamation to the World states what each family member's role is. The mother is supposed to nurture and care for the children and the father is to "preside over their families in love and righteousness and are responsible to provide the necessities of life and protection for their families" the children are supposed to love one another and help each other. They should help their parents and honor their parents. Every member of the family should love and care for one another. They should all support one another and be there for one another.</p><p><br></p><p>The call: Do my part to stop the disintegration of families.</p><p><br></p><p>Tiny habit answer: Be kind to my siblings especially when it is hard to.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Abuse</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Principle 1: There are so many different types of abuse and they are all very harmful. Some times nobody knows it is happening and it is not stopped until it is too late. If you notice some types of abuse happening to any one, call someone who can help and who can do something more impactful and more helpful than you can.</p><p><br/></p><p>Principle 2: Abuse is dangerous for those abusing and those abused. Those who are abused can have trauma from the hard time in their life when they were not safe. The people who are abusing other are harming people and falling down the wrong path. they are taking themselves father and further away from the truth and the light.</p><p><br/></p><p>Principle 3: When you get abused, you should forgive the person who abused you, you don't have to go back to that harmful relationship or let them abuse you more, but you should forgive them and help them to become a better person. </p><p><br/></p><p>The call: Help stop the problem of abuse. </p><p><br/></p><p>Tiny habit answer: Help those in unhealthy or abusive relationships to get out of it and be in healthy relationships only.</p>]]></description>
