We're working on a Neighborhood Assessment Tool that will give us a baseline for stable neighborhoods with measurable data, so we can see when neighborhoods start to shift and use that to tell the story to the political leaders to help fund future projects. Up until now, there has been ways to tell individual stories, but not show a full picture of how neighborhoods are aging, why and what changes are needed to shift in the other direction.
