The facts that prophets are human being signifies that people can follow their guidance and live the way they did. If prophets were not human beings, it would be possible for ordinary people to do what the prophets have done.

In Hadith Jibril, definition of Ihsan is worshipping Allah S.W.T. with the belief that He is present and watching that act of worship. Ihsan is not just a various trait recommended in Islam. It is a quality which should be sought after by every believer. Manifestation of Ihsan :

1. Ihsan towards Allah 
    a) Ibadah (worship)
    b) Ikhlas (sincerity)
    c) Taqwa (God-Wariness / piety)
2. Ihsan towards His creation
    a) Parents - we have to respects and obedience to
        parents, and well treatment to parents.
    b) All human - relatives, orphans, needy, neighbor, 
        workers, and wife
    c) Animals

Al- Ihsan is not simply in matters of worship. Instead, this concept should rule a person's behavior in every realm of his life. In worshipping Allah, one should go beyond the minimum requirement, both in the quality and quantity of the worship. When dealing with others, the principle of Ihsan should dominate how he works and deals with others. He must fulfill their rights; this is obligatory level of Ihsan. However, he should also try to go beyond that and be, for lack of a better phrase, "better than them". He should treat them beyond the minimum that is reqiured.

  • Fasting also attributes to human health. For example, when a person feels hungry, this stimulates the body’s cells to work more, which helps him eliminate damaged and weak cells.
