Disadvantages
You are not seeing the patient individually to have time to communicate with the service user and check how they are feeling. Communication is the most important part of HSC and without having an effective communication you are more likely to have parts of care that are misunderstood, which may cause confusion. Everyone also has there own needs and preferences which needs sharing unless they are not happy to take part in a certain treatment.
