         <description><![CDATA[<div>As explained just before by the theories of a system thinking, by thinking differently we can change our environment. As the butterfly effect, small changes in our processes, habits, will, can change considerably our life by providing innovation, new way of life, idea, etc.<br><br>For Eli Stefanski, changes in a company can change a market. The aim of her mission was to find another way to sell her offer in order to increase the interest of the support, customer (donors). She did it think to another way of thinking their strategy.<br><br>Then, we have more or less the same life lesson throughout a completely different story told by Rebecca Mills.  According to her life and experience, change our mind and way of looking our environment can change the world. And once again, it could be related with the butterfly effect but also with the reinforcing loop.<br><br>In conclusion, if we really believe in something, and we continue to walk in this way we can create a better image of our world. For example, if we have the will to change something, we will me motivated and more we will reach our goal more we will increase our satisfaction and so on. Of course, barriers and boundaries are here to put a balancing loop.          <description><![CDATA[<div>In this article, we are once again shown the many possibilities offered by systems thinking in the study and explanation of different social and economic configurations.<br>Specific to its organization, it influences on the impact of voluntary communication on the capacity of systems to create effective, efficient and sustainable conditions of survival for itself.<br><br>Drawing on key concepts of systems thinking, the authors define a possible alternative explanation useful for better understanding individual and social organizations.<br>Thus, the dynamics and processes of an organization as a system the application of dynamics would be key in the collective self-evaluation of a group.          <title>System thinking definition</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Barry Richmond, the originator of the term "systems thinking", defines systems thinking as the art and science of make reliable inferences about behaviour by developing an increasingly deeper understanding of the underlying structure<br>(1994). He points out that people who adopt Systemic Thinking position themselves in such a way that they can see both the forest and the trees; an eye on each one.<br>This definition is certainly useful, especially the notion of "seeing both the forest and the trees". However, it does not hold up, as it does not adequately explain the interconnections between the elements of the systems.<br><br>Thus, Hopper and Stave, add the following description of the field of the system thinking :<br>1. Recognizing Interconnections <br>2. Identifying Feedback <br>3. Understanding Dynamic Behavior <br>4. Differentiating types of flows and variables <br>5. Using Conceptual Models <br>6. Creating Simulation Models <br>7. Testing Policies <br><br>We can conclude that a system thinking could be defined by many ways.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Causal loop diagrams are useful for creating stories about complex issues in order to simplify them. Loops make our understanding of the interrelationships within the structure of a system more explicit. Diagrams can be made to also provide a visual representation that can be used to communicate this understanding to others. This is useful when setting up a market survey or to understand consumer, social, etc. behaviour of individuals. With practice, we can become more skilled at telling systems stories that help us recognise the multiple and interrelated effects of our actions. This explanation is similar to the one received in our course. <br><br>Moreover, all the concepts are explained in the same way. It talks about reinforcing and balancing loop.          <title>Synthesis Vs. Analysis</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this video available on youtube. We can easily understand that is an analysis and a synthesis. The example provide here with the puzzle or the chemical experience are very lucid. <br>However, they add some new details on this concept. Firstly, it exists 2 types of synthesis : the explanatory and the argument.<br>The first one is the easiest one to understand for the reader, the second one is created by his/her own point of view.<br>Then, they explain that an analysis is not only a gathering of all the previous information but it gathering in a concrete way and filtered by the reader.<br><br>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdP1S0qj5vg</div>]]></description>

         <title>6 degrees of separation</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The theory of the 6 degrees of separation introduce by Frigyes Karinthy in 1929 has been demonstrated by Microsoft. By checked millions and millions message sent on the web, they established the average of the degree of separation at 6.6. It means we are only separated from everybody on earth by 6.6 links. But some students of the Columbia University had realized in 2003 an experience showing that it's possible to reach who you want with an average of 4 degree. Nowadays, it should decrease with the apparition of the social media, (Facebook, Instagram and many others).<br><br>I was very impressed to see that this experiment has been tested and proven worldwide.          <title>Butterfly effect</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The idea of tiny causes can have huge effect. The first notion of this theory was explained by Edward Lorenz. The initial idea was to understand and forecast the weather. For that, is used a machine writing the weather conditions all around the world in the aim to understand that if something happen somewhere in the world, this weather will appear somewhere else on earth.  But he realizes that whatever the weather is, it's almost impossible to forecast. Thus, if something like the atmosphere changed on one point on the world it could completely change the weather condition in another earth's area. It is also explained why it is almost impossible to define the weather condition more than one week in advance even with our nowadays technology.<br>This unpredictible system is called "Chaos" and is the opposite of the order.<br><br>Another interesting point in this video is the concept of evolution of a system. All the component of the universe are switching between their order and chaos effect. The recording of its attraction and repulsion movements forms the wings of a butterfly.<br>Thus, butterfly effect has two definition. One of them is spiritual and bring a feeling of destiny. The second one, more scientific, explains that we can forecast the move of one system.          <description><![CDATA[<div>This video is a simple gathering of all the previous information. It shows we are a small member of a huge world. But, even if this part is the smallest one, it is an essential part of the functioning of our environment. This conclusion is also an example of the system thinking. It is the synthesis of all the important information we collected just before. It shows once again that everything is linked, like a wheel in a gear. We must understand all the pieces of a system to learn what is the entire system. Obviously, it's almost impossible to understand everything. Butterfly effect, Balancing loop, interaction, show all the complexity of the whole entity.<br>In my opinion, we can do whatever we want to understand our environment, it's almost impossible to see all its component.
