         <description><![CDATA[<p>Correct: Thaw in cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes until the meat is thawed. Small packages of meat, poultry or seafood (one pound) should be thawed within 1 hour and should be cooked immediately once thawed.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Incorrect: Microwave thawing will cause the internal temperature to reach the danger zone, so cook immediately after thawing.</p><p>Thawing in the refrigerator will not reach the danger zone, but it will take up to 24 hours.</p>]]></description>
