For me to develop my time management skills, I will first set a goal to manage my time strictly. Then I will make a clear plan. The first thing to wake up every day is to list the things I have to do and to prioritize essential things and do them in order. And limit my time, improve work efficiency, and reduce unnecessary waste of time. Actually this semester, our team time management goes really well. Our team will list the group assignments for each class, then arrange the order through the due day, and we will set up a due day by ourselves. After doing this, I think it saves a lot of time so I can arrange other things. So at the beginning of the next semester, I will start planning my personal work, I will organize the assignments by due day, make a list and put in front of the desk, let me know really clear know when assignments due. Although we have common goals, we just can not work together very well. Everyone considers their own thoughts and feelings, including me. But then I found out that we had a lot of misunderstandings.
