There are many ways to improve or update the digital competence gaps, but the ones I considered very important are the identification of those gaps, define the goals you want to achieve, create a learning plan, find the appropriate resources, practice regularly, stay update, track progress and teach others.

Definitely, I have learnt to use different digital tools. Such as AI creators and how to use AI to help me create resources for my lessons. I learnt no to use my phone's hotspot with my students since it is dangerous.

There will always be a colleague who knows more than me and at Britanico Santa Anita we have a What'sapp group in which we help one another especially regarding digital resources and how to make our classes more memorable.

Yes, to mention an example, when I compare my creations in Genially with the ones we are provided by Britanico I see what I would like to achieve.
