I had learnt from this video that by swapping or interpreting the words in the opposite manner, the lost generation demonstrated how a fixed mindset may be transformed into a growth mindset.

The video showed me that there is no point in having a fixed mindset. What she says when using a fixed mindset seems very negative and certain to happen.

When she reverses the entire speech, her future seems positive, displaying both a growth and benefit mindset.

When it speaks about environmental destruction or prioritizing money over family, negativity is present within the tone of the speaker. Immediately when the tone changed, I noticed that the person's mindset had grown, seeking positive change which benefits them and their loved ones. A fixed mindset is like an endless void, with no adventure to take on. No possibilities, no life-changing opportunities and lastly, no obstacles in life who truly shape you into the person you are. Change isn't possible if an action isn't taken. The capability to appreciate hope must be held in order to succeed in life. Allow your growth mindset to guide you and ensure that you remain resilient to overcome the challenges in your life.
