The article I read was " 'We are not Killers'

Migrants in caravan respond to Trump". This article is mainly about the caravan of 4000+ people walking from various places of Mexico to the American boarders, wanting to become American citizens so they could have a better job and better life. But Trump is preventing this from happening. He said that if the migrants were to use asylum they would be denied even though the U.S. law allows them the right to apply. Trump even went to the length of saying to the military troops in the southwest that they were to face migrants throwing rocks, the rocks should be treated as if they were rifles. My question is, is who is going to step in and actually do something about what Trump is doing? Are they going to do that now or wait until it is too late to actually do something?

And saying that having a caravan of people fleeing their countries being a "invasion" is just wrong. These people are trying to get better lives, not take over our country.

Then, it lists some examples which makes it clear that many veterans do not approve. So, my question is: If Trump decides he wants to side with the veterans, what change will he make?
