         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mount St. Helens erupted in 2008, yet it had gradually been eruption since 2004. Therefore, there were no reported deaths due to this slow moving volcanic eruption. (Some sources are saying no reported deaths, while some are saying there were about 57!) This is known as the most destructive and costly US volcano eruption thus far. Scientists really took the opportunity to learn more about volcanoes and how they work during this occurrence.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
