         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Helping to improve our online learning management system and online courses</strong></div><ul><li>Completed a MOOC from Athabasca University <a href="http://www.ltlo.ca/">"Learning to Learn Online"</a> </li><li>Created an online course for students looking to prepare for the Provincial Numeracy Assessment</li><li>Working with teachers and IT to create better content and learning experiences on Moodle. </li><li>Team teaching with teachers to create an enhanced blended experience</li><li>Currently exploring Competencies  and how they can be embedded into Moodle to create a better learning experience</li><li>Also exploring ways to support our completely online students (many of them immune compromised or living with immune compromised family) and how to create a sense of belonging with them</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
