Nicky--I am in awe of how you really kicked it up a notch in May to get through some big deliverables for staff and TPS staff. SO much hard work!! You have rebuilt our current version of the institute program. You have raised the bar for role collaboration and set a path for so many staff to succeed with your dedication to the CLEAR, our staff training and supporting the facilitators DEI and PALignment. Not to mention all the work you do with TPS, this SSA and FA training you led was incredible and will set the stage for a new level of engagement with our staff and CMs. So excited to for the #impact this summer!

Ryan is so helpful and accommodating, even at times when he has been inconvenienced and I’m sure feels like being abrasive, he maintains such a cool and warm...disposition. And he even walked with me in the rain to show me to the staff housing when I checked in. I appreciate him so much!
