Started my first day at Tupai Bar as a waiter. Senior waiter of Tupai Bar named Htet Lin Ko briefly explained the table setting number, menu of the beverages and the way on how to serve our guest. He taught me to serve from my heart.

Starting to know the differentiation of bar in a resort and outside of resort. The purpose of bar in hotel is to enhance the hospitality experience. It is often acts as failicity of the hotel. Meanwhile, the outside bar purpose is to operate independently aiming to maximize own profit.

Tupai bar is my workplace but Laguna did gave me a chance to work overtime at their buffet outlet from 1100am until 1400pm because of the lack of staff at the outlet when they are many arrival guest. What i've learned for the first day at buffet outlet was on how to set up the buffet, clearing the table, and the standard F&B ways on how to preparing the plate, glassware and cutleries for the guest.

Mojito:

Use tumbler glass

Cut limes into 4 pieces then insert into glass.
Pour a bit of lime juice into glass.
Put 1-2 of mint leaves into glass.
Then pour 45ml of White Rum (Bacardi) into the glass.
Crush the ingredients by using a muddler.
Pour 30ml of soda water into the glass.
By using ice crusher, crush some ice into the glass.
Finish it by putting a slice of lime at the tip of glass and a pluck of mint leave at the top of ice.
