Arrival Card Training & Assistance

2) Travel Insurance

• Created and completed a new travel insurance policy for a customer travelling to Hatyai by bus

• Forwarded the insurance document directly to Miss Athirah via the official WhatsApp group for immediate reference and documentation

3) Thai Registration Form

• Manually filled in the names of all customers joining the Hatyai By Bus Trip (26–29 June 2025)

• Completed the official Thai registration form required for cross-border travel

I updated Miss Athirah in our WhatsApp group regarding the pending matters for May as

• File Zahid: Waiting for confirmation on whether to proceed with printing. Tour confirmation and room listing are also still pending.

• File Syafiee: In the tour confirmation, guide contact details and guide’s photo are still not received.

• Regarding the room listing for Syafiee – I asked if it’s ready to be printed.

• I continued learning how to fill in the K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) form.

• I proceeded with creating the K-ETA application for customers.

• I also created a Gold Insurance for the customer who will be travelling to Turkey from 30th May to 7th June 2025.

1. Inserting Printed Photos into the Album File:

   • Arranged and inserted printed photos into the designated album file according to the date and type of customer trip.

   • Sorted and filed customer documents from completed trips into their respective categories (e.g., individual trips, group trips, domestic, international, etc.) based on the existing filing system.

3. Preparing Customer Trip Completion Checklists:

   • Created a checklist for each customer who has completed their trip and placed the checklist in the corresponding file, following the previous format as a reference.

   • Shared the latest tour confirmation with the airport representative via WhatsApp, and informed Miss Athirah accordingly.

   • Printed and inserted the passport copy and flight itinerary into the file for the Bali + Bromo customer trip.

6. Departure Date List (Excel):

   • Created an Excel spreadsheet listing all departure dates for the year 2025 to 2026.
