-Before entering this class i taught that this topic is about what IT management in general. I also think that this topic also give an example what is in the IT management. I also taught that the best way to managed in IT is to prepared what might come ahead like challenge hardship.

- Before I start reading topic 2 in my mind I think that technology nowadays has reshaped the world like for example we use to rely on fire for warm environment but nowadays with just a push of a button we can keep many people warm in a single building. That is also how I think that organization used to use paper for important work back then but now with the power of a computer all the task has become much easier and much more organize.

- What i know about before reading this topic is that in making a successful management we need a good strategic to begin with like understanding what the companies need keep the high edge over others. I also think that all the strategic thinking needs to be done with all the employee so that everyone can give some idea and this will keep the upper group and the lower group understand each other.

-The thing i learned the most about this topic is that IT management has been well implement in many top organization and it is also very important in business. I also learned that there are many type information system and each of it has its own used like the Knowledge work system is in the knowledge-Level Systems. I can understand now that IT management has a lot challenges and and can be occur by environmental , competitive and people itself.

- With just one topic I kind of understand with the situation that are in nowadays like organization need to keep up to date with everything around time or else they might just fall behind just like NOKIA. I have also learned that the CEO is the one that thinks ahead of everybody else so that the organization keep moving forward while the other chief help in other situation like the CKO need to keep up with the style and environment so that they can attract more user while keeping their status high.

- The things that i have learned is that this topic is telling more about strategic things  that is mostly used in the an organization like Porter's Competitive Forces tells us what are the things that can use to check the competitive enviroment. I have also have find out that are some strategic issues that can occur to an organization like having to much stakeholders and this may effect the higher up like the senior executives.All in all, this topic is mostly about organization and the things inside it.

- What i learn form this topic that every strategy need to be start with a vision as it where company can see where they need to be or go. i also learn that the strategy is important because many outside can influence the company like the customer, and the suppliers. Other than that there is also 5 task that is very important in the strategy like developing and setting objective in which is something that need to be look the most in making starting a strategy in an organization.

-The thinks that i learn the most about this topic is that there are 3 types of planning and each of them have their own time period in accomplish their goals for example strategic plan takes 5 to 3 years and are handled by the upper level manager, for tactical plan is about 1 to 2 years and handled by middle level manager and lastly operational plan is a daily or weekly and been handled by the staff.I also learn that there are 7 IT management planning model and all are use in the organization like technology planning is involvement of technology are use to make the best new product in the market.

-Things that i have learned about this topic is that things like semiconductor are important in informational management as they almost the building blocks of all the technology that we are using today. this also goes for microfiber as it makes communication much more smooth and easier to understand. Other than that i also learned that the web has become the most important thing when it comes to any management and without it any would organization wont survive without it.

-Things i learned about this topic is that the telecommunication industries is made up of the telephone companies and the internet service providers and there are very important in the evolution of the mobile industries. I also learned that regulatory body is a public organization that keep watch with regulation in the countries. lastly i finally know that the information infrastructure is a link between other countries and has become an important thing in a countries as they need it to communicate with the outside world and prevent them from falling behind with the other modern countries

-The things that i learned about this topic is that portfolio is basically biodata of an enterprise and it's surrounding. Other that that i also learned that the higher up has the task to understand its position through the men that are under him like organizing them in a certain way that have been done before.

-The things that i learned about this topic is that application development is a difficult task as it need a lot things that needed in making the application came alive as any popular technologies that are in it pits. Other than that i also learned that a disciplined processes are needed and must supplant ad hoc management techniques.

-The things that i learned about this topic is that Procurement is a process of finding, agreeing, acquiring goods, services and works from external source. Other that that i also learned that outsourcing is a business practice of hiring a party outside of a company and making them perform services and create goods like they do in their own company

-The things that i have learned from this topic is that  intranet is a more private type of internet while extranet is the extend of intranet. i also have find out that policy issues is usually because it is not developed as fast as technology

- The things that i have learned from this topic is that SLA is a written agreement between IT service provider and IT customer

- The things that i have learned from this topic is that before measuring we need IT accounting that right for the job. The way to calculate is to use ROI calculation or Henderson's Option Model.
