Teachers should be more engaging on this topic.
Aida - Academic success. Teachers should talk more about careers they are interested in to engage students in those careers.
Jamal - Life goals - Teachers and staff should help students develop goals with help them set paths for the future.
John - Racism, sexism, and bullying. More should be done to inform students about the harm that bullying can cause. 
Montrice - Communication of emotions (Mental health): Students aren't told they can express themselves and aren't shown how which can cause them to react violently. (Trauma-informed care).
Daniel - literacy and problem-solving - more support for teachers and student. Less students per class. 
Avery - Make sure students are on track to graduate, especially mid-way through their education. More mentorship from upperclassmen and teachers/staff.
Kayla - helping stay on track to graduate, helping care about grades and turning in work.
Anthony (in addition to Kayla's answer) - more group work where students can interact with one another.
Davon - Bullying - make people more aware, trainings for students to understand the consequences of bullying, especially when it comes to LGBTQ+ community.
Kach'e - Grades and academics - more support and teamwork and creating an environment where students feel like the adults at school have their back!
Chad - Sexism, LGBTQ+ rights and bullying - school meetings and assemblies to address these issues.
Julissa - harassment, drugs, "bad behavior", student-student/person-person interaction. Peer support (friend to friend). Students should be mindful to take notice when their friends may be exhibiting behavior that shows that they need help. +Kach'e - Be mindful of what we may be facing outside of school and be supportive those around you.
