level 1 - The hawk is waiting for the malnourished child who is suffering to die.

level 2 - This is a scene where people can see the mournful truth of poverty and starvation, and this child seems to be neglected by the adult

level 3 - Reveal the indigence and hopelessness of the child and the sad reality. The photographer who is taking the photo was playing as an ignorant instead of helping the child, they was just standing from distance to take the photo which might bring profit for them.

It is heart-breaking for me to see this photo and what a devastating situation for everyone to be in. If it happens to my family I will never recover from the traumas they had suffering from losing their love one on that miserable day.
